Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
We identified keywords, wrote online-friendly content and made use of other on-page and backend techniques to keep Google’s algorithm happy. We continue using Google Analytics on an ongoing basis – to track and monitor customers’ search and convert habits, tweaking design and content if necessary.
We used clear tables and simple illustrations to put customers right at ease – because let’s face it, technical jargon can be scary! We chose shades of orange to reflect warmth and optimism, energy and confidence on a simple grey background that lets the copy shine. Meanwhile, the slightly rounded font adds a welcoming, friendly touch.
We started by asking who PCW Solutions’ customers were. Extensive research and customer profiling helped us create a user-focused design to which we knew they’d respond. We based design decisions on the profiles we came up with – and used the latest technology to deliver a website that would load for them in the fastest time possible.
We researched the top keywords that potential customers would use when searching for IT services. Then we used this info to create, track and manage monthly Google Ads campaigns – increasing clicks and driving conversions for PCW Solutions.
